Pick Your Own Hops!

We've got 4 words to get your day started right: Pick Your Own Hops. That's right, in just a few weeks OSH will be inviting homebrewers and hop lovers alike to the farm for pick your own hops. We'll cut a vine down on the spot for you to ...take home and pick yourself (or pick at the farm if you'd like). We'll be posting specific dates and times as we get closer to harvest so don't make any plans from now through mid-September.

RI Brew Fest

That's right, Ocean State Hops will be at the RI Brew Fest in Charlestown on August 10th!  There's an amazing line-up of breweries and vendors that will be there - and that list is still growing.  Check out ribrewfest.com for details and tickets. 

American Craft Beer Week

Ocean State Hops will be at the Newport Storm brewery for American Craft Beer Week this Wednesday May 15th from 5:30-7:30. You can get a tour of the brewery production floor and hear us talk about hops. I can't think of a better way to spend a Wednesday night. Rhizomes!

We have rhizomes available on a first come, first served basis! We have Nugget available now and ready to go and should have Cascade and Chinook available next week. Email matt@oceanstatehops.com with the variety and quantity you'd like. Rhizomes are $4 a piece (plus shipping). Remember, it's first come first served until we run out so don't wait!
